Since we don’t own a scale in my household and the one at my gym is for personal trainers only, I’ll measure my progress through inches!
Boobs - 41 in
Waist - 37 in
Hips (top part) - 41 in
Hips (where my butt is) - 45 in
Thighs (biggest part around) - 20 in
Just did some pop pilates videos now off to the gym!
Day 7: Do pyour parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care?
Yes, my parents know because I go to the gym everyday. My mom isn’t helpful though cause she cooks everything in bacon grease and she’s always trying to force “fad diets” on my. The only place I really get healthy food is at work (I work at panera bread)
I can’t wait till I’m one of those girls who looks hot while working out, not sweaty and gross
I still feel horrible but I want to finish British Jones Diary so I’m on the bike machine. Not my best work out, but an hour of something is better than an hour of nothing

Day 6 - Do you binge? Explain why you think you do
I think I do binge because I don’t have much self-control and I love instant gratification. When I want something, its hard for me to just say no and move on. If I feel a binge coming and I can’t find a way to preoccupy myself, I’ll binge. Its never a lot though, but its too much for me
I already finished my workout but I’m staying at the gym longer to watch She’s the Man. That’s a good thing right?
Best way to wake yourself up in the morning? Put eye make up on that way you’re forced to pay attention and you’re not allowed to rub your eyes (:
Day 5 - Why do you really want to lose weight? Are you doing it for you?
I’m tired of being the “fat” friend. I’m tired of being the “fat” sister. I’m tired of hating every minute at the mall. I’ve held myself back for too long because of my weight and I’m ready to let go and actually experiencing weight without worrying what people think.
